How It Works

• Tell Me About Your Event - Share your wedding date, corporate event dates, guest count, and destination preferences. Whether it's an intimate weekend or a multi-day conference, I start by understanding your vision and budget.

• I Source & Negotiate - I research and compare hotels that fit your style and location, then negotiate group rates, attrition terms, and contract details on your behalf — so you get the best value without the back-and-forth. -- In most cases, I request a courtesy block on your behalf — meaning no financial obligation or attrition risk to you. • Review & Approve - I present you with hotel options, rates, and contract terms. Once you select the hotel(s) you'd like to move forward with, I review the agreement before you sign, ensuring everything matches exactly what was negotiated.

• Guests Book with Ease - Your guests receive a dedicated booking link or code for easy reservations at the negotiated rate. I monitor the block throughout, tracking pickup and handling any adjustments as your date approaches.

• Enjoy Your Event - From final headcounts to last-minute changes, I stay on top of the details so you and your guests can focus on celebrating — not logistics.
